Welcome to the BCI Custom Cabinet Shop. Come in and we'll show you around.

Thank you for coming in. This is the front of our shop. To the right is our final staging area. Here we fully assemble your cabinets to ensure accuracy and to take a final photograph before it goes to the finisher.

Straight ahead is our case assembly area. This is where we assemble the cases, attach the face frames and doors. We do all of our finish sanding in this space as well.

From this vantage point in the shop you can see how big our assembly area is. It takes up approximately 2800 square feet.

This space is larger now due to our expansion project in January of 2006. Our cabinet makers built doors, face frames, cases, drawers, and assembled and sanded everything in this same space before. As you will see, as we continue through, our team has more adequate space to build your custom cabinets now.

Let's go through to the new side of the shop.

On the right is our new face frame assembly area. We also mill the molding for the shelves in your cabinets in this area as well.

This is where all milled lumber is cut down into rails and stiles for face frames and doors for your cabinets.

If we turn around we can see the whole addition. As part of our expansion we have added new machinery to our shop. This ensures a greater accuracy on all parts to 1/100 of a millimeter.

Hear in the back of our shop you can see that we have multiple table saws. We also have our planer and jointer in this area.

As we walk through the back of the shop you see it takes us back into the assembly area.

We hope you have enjoyed the tour of the BCI Custom Cabinet Shop
